How is bed count calculated?
We count your occupied beds across all hostels. This includes both short-term bookings and long-term residents. Empty beds don't count towards your pricing.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You can start using QuickyNest immediately after signing up.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard settings. Changes will be applied to your next billing cycle.
Do you charge transaction fees?
We do not charge any transaction fees on rent collection. However, standard payment gateway charges (Razorpay) may apply.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the free plan with limited features.
